Important Information

The course will be conducted via Zoom from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m.

Please note:

*You must inform me if you will not attend this session at least 48 hours before the course.

*You can reschedule to another session at no additional cost only if you cancel your attendance 48 hours prior to the course.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

If you do not cancel and wish to retake the course on another date, you will need to pay the full course fee again.

You must participate and remain active with your camera on for the entire course. The Zoom meeting will open at 6:00 p.m., and it is important to join at this time to avoid connection issues.

*The course will start promptly at 6:10 p.m. and will last approximately 2 to 2.5 hours.

*No calls, text messages, or emails will be answered once the class starts at 6:10 p.m.

*It is recommended to use a computer or tablet for the Zoom meeting. You may use a mobile phone as a last resort.

*You must take an exam at the end of the course to certify that you have learned and understood the content. Using a mobile phone may cause difficulties during the exam.

Once your payment is processed, you will receive the Zoom invitation link and the necessary course materials.

*You will need to print the materials sent via email, as they are required by the state. These materials can be used during the course and exam.

*You will receive your certificate 24 hours after completing the exam.

It is your responsibility to print the certificate and upload it to the OEC website at https://www.oecregistry.org.

Extra copies of the certificate will incur an additional cost.
